fanzine duet is a project by Márcio and Savio Debernardis, together with Making a Difference.

The project uses a fanzine (a small homemade magazine) to help people meet and connect in a fun and creative way.

This work is part of the festival
Un-renewable Energies, which takes place from September 15 to October 17, 2025, at Uferstudios in Berlin.

This wants to be more than a performance.
It is a meeting.

A small walk or a spot we find to sit.
A quiet conversation between you, me,someone else and the world around us.

We are holding two fanzines.
They are different, but they belong together.
You read one, someone reads the other.
Side A and Side B.
They speak to each other.
They need each other to be complete.

We ask:
Can a dance live outside of time?
Can we meet without needing to begin or end?
Can we pause together?
Can attention turn into care?
Can noticing become a kind of friendship?

These pages want to be not only text.
They are part of the performance.
They are here, now, but also later.

You don’t need a ticket, a theatre, or a stage.You just need to be present, with us, with this writing, with the things around you.

This is not only about watching.
It is about noticing.
A window. A leaf. A pause in your breath. A change in a room.
What do you notice right now that feels beautiful?

This performance makes its own time.
It starts when we meet.
It continues as long as we carry the fanzines.

This is a meeting with an object, a thought, a person,
a moment in time.

With the fanzine, we are not a crowd.
We are a small group.
Because big crowds are hard for me.

Let’s walk, stay, read, wait, feel and talk.
Let’s see what we can notice together.
